Terms and conditions of sale
SCOPE
Registering for a badge (visitor, VIP or networking), booking a stand, or subscribing to a sponsorship offer through the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
REGISTRATION
Information provided during registration or booking must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. It is the participant's responsibility to check the information on their confirmation and report any error without delay.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are those displayed on the website at the time of order, in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included unless stated otherwise. Payment is made according to the method indicated during the order process (in particular by bank transfer). A registration, booking or subscription is only considered final once payment or the corresponding confirmation has been received by the organiser.
CONFIRMATION
A confirmation is sent by e-mail to the address provided at registration. Where applicable, the badge is issued according to the method indicated on the website.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Any cancellation request must be sent in writing to contact@moroccofinanceday.com. Refund conditions, where applicable, are reviewed case by case by the organiser, depending on the date of the request and the service concerned.
CHANGES TO THE EVENT
The organiser reserves the right to change the programme, dates, venue or speakers of the event where necessary, and undertakes to inform participants as soon as possible.
PERSONAL DATA
Data collected during a registration, booking or sponsorship request is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
