The site's forms (registration, stand booking, partnership request, contact, newsletter) collect: first name, last name, email, phone, company and job title.
2. Purpose
This data is used solely for managing registrations, event-related communication and, where you have consented, sending the newsletter.
3. Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to manage the relevant edition, then archived or deleted in line with applicable regulations.
4. Cookies
The site only uses technical cookies required for it to function (session, language preference) - no third-party advertising cookie is set.
5. Your rights
